It’s been several weeks since Connor’s session, but even still..he remains one of my favorites. Absolutely stunning little boy, with the sweetest parents! This is why I love my job:)
Introducing Connor….

Baltimore's Premier newborn and child photographer

This little sweetheart reminds me so much of my little guy Jackson. They are actually only days apart in age which made it even more interesting. Very similar hair, personalities, and many other similar qualities. Maybe that’s why I liked him so much?! Well, I like all my babies of course, but every now and then…one really tugs at my heart strings. This baby boy certainly did!

I get into a routine with my sessions, which is great when it comes to consistency and allowing my families to know what they can expect from me. But like most artists, I do enjoy variety and changing things up often. Which is why I was a bit excited when Emma’s mom and I had planned out her session. You see…. Emma’s daddy wanted all clothed or wrapped. That’s right folks… no naked baby shots.
I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous. I have routine poses I do with every newborn baby. If they were clothed the whole time, would they look right? How can I get variety? Let me say, I LOVED Emma’s session, and we got so much variety with all the pretty wraps and blankets! Kind of makes me want to do all newborn sessions wrapped! It’s great to break away from the routine every now and then! And now, Emma’s parents have classic and timeless images for a lifetime. Not to say I don’t love a cute baby bum when posed properly…but the wrapped shots really are my favorite anyway:)
Introducing, Emma…..

Confession time. I’m sure it’s completely obvious, but I must finally make it public. There is no rhyme or reason to my blogging routine. There… I said it.
I generally try to post every session during the normal season(not the crazy holiday season!), but usually, it’s pretty much whenever I have a little downtime. I typically make my business priorities shooting sessions, editing, getting orders and galleries out in a timely fashion, and then all those fun mundane business tasks (record keeping, bleck!). Add all that to 5 homeschooled kids, and you can see where this leaves little time for blogging. Not to say I don’t update it, because I eventually do. It is just random!
So, make sure to add my Facebook page to your interest lists, or subscribe to the blog. I always add a link to my fan page and Twitter when I update over on this side.
With all that said, I have been itching to share this sweet little guy from earlier this year. Another cutie pie with AMAZING eye contact!
Introducing, Tiernan…..
